All consumer goods companies want to interact with the consumer as often and effectively as possible to build loyal customer relationships.
While picking up some lunch yesterday, I noticed this organic brand of iced teas from the company Honest Beverages. This brand not only has a great name (honesty, get it?), but also includes clean and clever branding.
The “T” on each label is filled with beautiful hand drawn images that link to that particular flavor. For the lemon tea that I chose, Honest Beverages has taken engaging the customer to a higher level.
The lemon design inside the “T” was submitted by customer Lori Andrews for the company’s “Fill-in-the-T” Contest.
This flavor uses Lori’s design but Honest Beverages went even further by naming this flavor “Lori’s Lemon Tea”.
